Here at AXIS, our initial consultations for our services in Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training are free. We expect to plan our programs around your life, and not for you to work your life around our programs. In our consultation we will discuss:
1. Availability
Considering your weekly schedule inclusive of sports competition, practice, work, home, and/or family life, how many periods of free or personal time do you have in any given week?
2. Frequency
Given the amount of personal time you have, how much of that time are you willing to commit to training to achieve your sport-related or personal goal?
3. Habits and Medical/Injury History
What things have hindered you from achieving your goal(s) and what strategies can we develop to minimize or eliminate them?
4. Goals
What is it that you want to achieve? Better body composition? A faster 40yard dash? Improved agility? What is the ONE thing we can achieve together that would make your investment with us worthwhile?
5. Budget
What are you presently willing to invest on a monthly basis towards achieving your goal? You and your AXIS coach will come up with the best plan inclusive of training, nutrition, and recovery to fit your budget.
6. Assessment & Training
The exciting training process begins!
