  1. Posture and Mobility: Where the joint systems sit at rest and how well they move.

  2. Stability: The ability to support your body-weight and nullify undesired movement.

  3. Conditioning: Analyzing your level of cardio-respiratory and cardio-vascular fitness.

  4. Strength & Power: The amount of force the athlete can generate and the speed at which it is produced.

  5. Muscle Testing (where appropriate): Is there a neurological disconnect to any major muscle group(s) or movement pattern?
